I learned the food business and built my restaurant in 1976 and ran it fo 35 years. 15 years ago I retired and gave it to 2 great employees and told them to send me X a month for 7 years ( drove my lawyer and CPA nuts). Since 2005 my wife and I leave Phx May -September in our RV.
I started to volunteer for FEMA and the VA 5 years ago.

Tried to join DECA and was told that I’m not DECA material. 25 years later I spoke as a small businessman at their State Convention.
